NIGERIA MODEL LOOK TERMS & CONDITIONS Organized by:* *Studio A These Terms Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Nigeria Model Look, a model discovery and development platform organized and managed by Studio A (“Studio A”, “Nigeria Model Look”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering, participating, voting, or engaging with Nigeria Model Look in any form, you (“Participant”, “Contestant”, “Voter”) agree to be bound by these Terms. ORGANIZER & PLATFORM NATURE Nigeria Model Look is a *talent discovery, training, and exposure platform* organized by *Studio A . Nigeria Model Look is *not*: * A lottery, betting, or gambling platform * A guaranteed employment or modeling contract scheme * A promise of cash rewards, travel, visas, or fame Participation is *entirely voluntary*. 2. ELIGIBILITY * Open to male and female participants who meet announced requirements. * Participants must submit *accurate and truthful information*. * Studio A reserves the right to *disqualify* any participant found to have provided false or misleading information. --- 3. REGISTRATION * Registration fees (if applicable) are for *administrative, organizational, and operational purposes only*. * Registration *does not guarantee selection, advancement, or winning*. * All registration fees are *non-refundable*, unless expressly stated otherwise by Studio A in writing. 4. SELECTION & JUDGING * Progression through stages is determined by: * Judges’ evaluations * Performance in challenges * Engagement metrics (where applicable) * Judges’ decisions are *final and binding*. * No participant is entitled to dispute results outside officially provided channels. 5. VOTING * Voting is *optional* and introduced only at designated stages of the competition. * All voting fees are *non-refundable*. * Voting is intended to *support event production, logistics, media coverage, and administration*. * Voting *does not automatically determine winners*. * Final outcomes are determined by a combination of: * Judges’ scores * Public engagement metrics Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the voting system will result in *immediate disqualification*, at the sole discretion of Studio A. 6. PRIZES & OPPORTUNITIES * Prizes, titles, exposure, and opportunities are *subject to availability*. * Studio A makes *no guarantees* regarding: * Modeling contracts * Employment or representation * Cash prizes * International or local travel All prizes are dependent on partnerships and sponsorships and may be modified or substituted if necessary. 7. MEDIA & PUBLICITY RIGHTS By participating, contestants grant *Studio A* the irrevocable right to: * Photograph, film, and record participants * Use names, images, videos, and performances for: * Promotional and marketing purposes * Documentation * Social media, press, and advertising No additional compensation shall be owed unless expressly agreed in writing. --- 8. CODE OF CONDUCT Participants must: * Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully * Refrain from harassment, defamation, or false public accusations Studio A reserves the right to *disqualify* any participant whose behavior damages the reputation or integrity of Nigeria Model Look. --- 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Studio A and Nigeria Model Look shall not be held liable for: * Personal expenses incurred by participants * Internet, data, or technical issues * Loss arising from third-party services or partners * Actions taken outside official communication channels Participation is at the participant’s *own risk*. 10. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION * Official information will be shared *only through verified Studio A / Nigeria Model Look platforms*. * Studio A will not request unofficial payments through personal accounts without formal notice. * Participants are responsible for confirming the authenticity of communications. 11. TERMINATION & MODIFICATION Studio A reserves the right to: * Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time * Suspend, postpone, or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances Any changes will be communicated via official channels. 12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the *laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria*. 13. ACCEPTANCE By registering, voting, or participating in Nigeria Model Look, you confirm that you have *read, understood, and agreed* to these Terms & Conditions as organized by *Studio A*. I confirm that I have read and agree to the Nigeria Model Look Terms & Conditions organized by Studio A. I understand that participation and voting do not guarantee winning and that all fees are non-refundable
